Topics will include FERPA and other privacy protections, changes involving immigration enforcement on campus, the shutdown of refugee admissions and ending of humanitarian parole, and actions that could impact visa processing for international students and scholars. The session will cover recent political developments while providing practical checklists and resources to help institutions navigate emerging challenges.
